All of Moments Jewellery pieces are made to order especially for you. If you are not 100% happy with your order please contact us by email or Whatsapp to arrange your return:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you'd like to return or exchange your jewellery order the item must be returned in original packaging, unworn and in the original condition of the product. Buyers are responsible for any postage fees to return items and you must contact us before submitting any returns.
Items that are eligible for return include jewellery listed in the ready to ship category. Please see exceptions below for made to order pieces.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalised items with custom engraving or stone placement, and build your own setting and diamond custom rings where the diamond has been selected specifically by the client for their ring design from the online catalogue). For safety & hygiene reasons earrings and other jewellery for piercings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Loose gemstones purchased are not eligible for returns and all sales are final.
Bespoke Creations
At Moments Jewellery, we take immense pride in crafting bespoke pieces that are a testament to your unique love story. It's important to note that these one-of-a-kind creations, tailored to your vision, cannot be returned. When you make the decision to move forward with your commission, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. This is because we source and acquire materials specially for each commission, ensuring that they are exclusively used for your extraordinary piece.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
