Bespoke Design FAQ's

Do you have any partially customisable designs to choose from?

Yes, you can browse our design portal for jewellery settings in a variety of metals. You can also find your perfect gemstone and add this to your order. Simply add the items to your basket in the portal and submit the order to us for an accurate quote and next steps. Start the journey here:


Can I use my own stones in my design?

Yes, we can re-purpose your existing stones, however please note if the stone is damaged or shows signs of weak areas upon inspection we may return the stone to you unused and discuss requirements for a new stone.

When will I receive my bespoke order?

The time it takes to produce each bespoke piece can vary. Please see our bespoke designs page for more information on the design process. Generally, once you have approved design and stone selection it can take 4-8 weeks to complete your order, depending on the intricacy of the design. Timescales will be discussed and agreed prior to starting your bespoke piece.

Can I return a bespoke piece?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke orders.

What if I change my mind after placing a bespoke order?

We absolutely want you to love your bespoke piece as much as we will love creating it for you. If you change your mind about your design we will be happy to accommodate the changes providing we have not yet started production on the item. Cancellations of orders are accepted within 24 hours of order, however after this time and once your stones have been ordered cancellations will not be accepted.
